It is housed in its original plastic box with the instruction booklet and is in good condition with some very light scratches on the back at the top. 2. An unfired 1996 Zippo Smokin’ Joe’s Racing #23 lighter. The lighter features a high gloss brass finish with the Smokin’ Joe’s logo on the front including a purple camel. It has its original seal in place though it is peeling up from the bottom slightly. This lighter is housed in its original plastic box with the instruction booklet and is in good condition. The side features some very light smudges in the finish attributable to aging. 3. An unfired 1997 Zippo Smokin’ Joe’s Racing #23 Lighter. The lighter, which features black and white racing checks, has the original seal in place and is housed in its original black plastic box with the instruction booklet. It is in excellent condition.
