A poem written by Mao in calligraphy style lower section. Very good. Text in Chinese. 71.5 x 49.8cm. The Qijue poem was written in September 1961. The poem translates "Amid the growing shades of dusk stand sturdy pines, Riotous clouds sweep past, swift and tranquil. Nature has excelled herself in the Fairy Cave, On perilous peaks dwells beauty in her infinite variety."
