MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Waist - 25"-26" Hips - 39" Length - 41 1/2" Inseam - 28 1/4" Side button closure; pocket on the opposite side. AS-IS condition with flaws. There are several areas of wear to the material (especially along the fold lines) and some stains. Inside label on pocket is missing. See photos for condition. I am a non-smoker myself, but can't say the garment has never been around cigarette smoke or moth balls.
