This stick vac works and has excellent suction and bristles and digital controls…this is one of Shark’s top of the line corded cleaners…this has the duoClean system with two different brushrolls to clean your floors/carpets and really grab pet hair. I do not have any manual cleaning tools to include. My items are discreetly marked (including the power nozzle) so that if something is returned swapped out/parted/opened a refund cannot be issued until the issue is resolved.
