Description: Walt Disney authentic hand signed autograph with inscription reading “ with best wishes”. Not personalized which adds to value. Writing about 4” long. See photos. Phil Sears COA from 2012 included guaranteeing authenticity. Is consistent with Walt Disney's authentic block autograph. Best COA for Walt in my opinion. Better than Jsa PSA or Beckett when it comes to Walt. Appears to have been reframed at some point. Due to information on back that’s glued to the brown paper. Also, appears at that time the cel got rotated. I feel he should be aiming forward, not toward the sky. However it’s not loose so it didn’t fall so didn’t open it up to mess with it. On back of frame: “This is an original painted celluloid, actually used in the Walt Disney Production of LITTLE HIAWATHA. It is one of a select few that have been released to art collectors.
