Description: This clock works as it should. At 12, it plays music followed by 12 chimes. It chimes on the hour. The sound can be turned off. The 4 globes at the bottom will move back and forth, but only if the clock is on an absolutely level surface. I was unable to find such a surface in my own house. :) This is a beautiful and unique piece. It measures 9 inches tall with the glass cover on it. It measures 5.5 inches across the base.
