Description: Vintage ST JOHN EVENING Size 10 Black Bejeweled Belted Stretch Wool-Knit Skirt Suit Beautiful vintage St. John Evening/Basics skirt suit made in USA of St. John's classic "Santana" stretch wool-blend knit. Black in color, the blazer has shoulder pads witha wrap-style belted closure with a single snap at the bust to secure the opening.The front opening and collar are studded with hundreds of glitzy reflective metal jewel-like beads giving it a shimmer. The belt is attached to the blazer and is made of the same knit with gorgeous dangling iridescent crystals as shown in close-up photos. Skirt is long in length, the matching color, size and material of the blazer with a stretch waist, back slit and no closures. Suit is in excellent pre-owned/vintage condition showing just typical signs of light previous use and wear one might expect. The only issue noted is some typicaldiscoloration at the interior underarms as shown in the last photo. As for sizing both pieces are marked size 10 (medium) as shown in the last photos however please also refer to the following measurements and/or compare to your best fitting blazer & skirt to ensure a proper fit. Measurements are taken while garments are lying flat and buttoned up. With all measurements please take into account the stretchy nature of the knit fabric and the fact that the blazer is wrap style soit's a bit more forgiving than a button-down.
