Curiosity got me on this one and from what I can gather about these devices, it is basically a variety of reel-to reel type recorder in portable (spy?!) case. The unit overall appears to be in good physical condition. Since it is not fully tested I am selling it 'as-is' as not working but please review the video so you might see/hear its current state.
