The original black wheels roll freely. The bottom of the atruck reads "TOOTSIETOY MADE IN UNITED STATES OF AMERICA." Please note there is a slight Manufacturer's "missed cast," there is a slight hole in the back of the Truck's bed. I thought it was a cool character added to the Truck... ont that got through the QC department! The Truck measures 5 5/8" L. x 1 3/4" W. x 1 1/2" W. U.S. Bidders Only Please! I ship in the U.S. Only!
