Description: Slingerland Bass Drum, made in Chicago USA. According to vintagedrumguide.com, this badge indicates it was made in the 50s. I believe this to be a structurally sound drum that could be enjoyed as it is or it would make a good candidate for restoration. The only defects I see are cosmetic, such as chips in the paint. All hardware is included and intact. There are some specs of surface rust on the finish and the rods are not all perfectly straight, but still functional. Slingerland branded "Radio King" heads will be included. The rings are intact and the heads are mostly intact with the only damage being marks from being used and a few small slits along the edges. I believe the pictures accurately represent the condition of this drum. Please look at all of them closely.
