Description: Here is a Vintage Shearwater Pottery Pitcher in the "BLUE RAIN" Glaze. It is to my understanding that this pitcher dates to around the 1980s. It stands 5-1/2" tall and 5" in diameter across the widest point excluding handle. Beautiful glaze on this piece! Thrown by James Anderson, son of Peter Anderson.Blue Rain was James's signature glaze. CONDITION: Excellent, clean condition and free of chips, cracks or repairs.
