Nice Find! This is made of velvet with embellishments and seqquins. The size is approximately 22 inches in diameter by 7 inches tall, inside head opening is 6 1/2 inches by 7 3/4 inches. CONDITION: This is in Very Good condition with surface wear consistent with a small dark spot on top. The pictures are part of the description, so please view all pictures.
