Description: This is a Vintage 1930s or 1940s Pepsi Cola Bottle Tube Bakelite Radio Advertising Piece. The antique bottle-shaped radio has a figural design made of bakelite with vintage Pepsi labelling in shades of brown, red, blue and white and features a volume control and power knob at the base with the radio tuner adjusted by twisting the bottle cap. The radio measures approximately 11" in diameter x 23.5" tall and is in very good vintage pre-owned condition with no chips, cracks, or dents. Wear commensurate with age to the labels and exterior, but overall a good amount of paint is intact. The radio powers on to a loud hum and the volume control knob works, but I was unable to connect to a radio station. The tuner may need an antenna hooked up to the base. Original cord.
