It has flower buds on the top part, which then leads to a ring of Aurora Borealis Rhinestone, attached with wire. Connected to the main piece is a cluster of rhinestone and faux pearl dangles. There is also a pearl on the main piece, which has some verdigris next to it l. That will probably clean up with some vinegar. Otherwise there are no stones missing!
