Description: This vintage (mostly of oak wood) bread box has been cleaned and re- finished and features a roll top / camber design door, with a wood grain pattern and oak wood tone. Measuring 17" wide left to right and 11-1/2" high, and a front to back of 13-1/2" provides a nice amount of storage space. Crafted by hand in the United States, estimated circa 1980's the rectangular shape and front-to-back width of 13.1/2" add to its balanced design. Please see the last 2 photo's that show a small check (not a structural concern) in the wood base. This bread box has a net weight of 14 pounds/11ounces and a shipping weight estimated to be at 17+/- pounds.
