Description: This is a very good example of a Millers Falls super premium and Heavy Duty 10 inch sweep ratcheting with reverse “Lion” Hand Drill Bit Brace. This brace is Miller Falls top of the line No 772 “Lion” Bit Brace This brace works great, as good as it did when new. It has the famous Lion 3 piece Ball Bearing chuck and Patented "Leland" Universal Jaws. Made In USA. Very good Condition The Leland universal jaws work with older tapered auger bits as well as newer round and hex shank bits. The Leland patented jaws are the best ever put in a bit brace, period. This Lion ball bearing chuck makes tightening down on and loosening an auger bit much easier. The handles are Tropical hardwood, no cracks, breaks or repairs. Brace has gently cleaned, lubricated and Tested. Excellent condition This bit brace is circa 1930 or so more than 90 years old and will last another lifetime with normal maintenance.
