Description: Lady Carol of New York dress small pattern looks almost like little cherries or something and little white leaves on a blue background. Has an elastic waist and the top drapes over the waist somewhat. When I measure the waist it was laying flat and I tried to pull the elastic to approximately 50% of its possible size but there is definitely some room smaller and larger with regards to the waist. Has buttons on the sleeve and there are two so it can be tightened if you wish. There's also a single button closure on the back of the dress. The lining which is very very thin is in rough shape but I don't see it as being a problem for wearability.
