They are made out of treated niobium, which is extremely lightweight. Handmade in US. Iridescent purple heart-shaped dangles with tonal leaf pattern—this style was called Dancing Leaves. Gold filled ear wires for pierced ears. Signed on the back of one earring. Very good vintage condition, light wear consistent with age. There are a couple tiny little scratches if you look closely.
