If it gets too hot to wear protective clothing simply stop riding. To ensure fit, you may go to a man's store and fit a size 38. The international size is M and its measurements are height – 5'9″ in / 175-180 cm, waist – 27”-32” in / 69-81 cm, chest – 39”-42” in / 99-107 cm, and hips – 34″-38″ in / 86-96 cm.
