This item is in great shape & works great too, as you can see by watching me test it on YouTube. It is missing 2 rubber feet & has yellowing from age. You can use banana plugs or bare wires. I did not check the headphone jack as all of my headphones are wireless. However, the wires are attached, & there is really nothing else that usually goes wrong with them. You will need a 9 volt battery, as mine is not included (to lower shipping weight & cost).
