Description: This has some fading of the colors due to sun exposure. The "floorboards" inside the house are intact, but age has caused them to sag a bit. There is a small crack in the roof as well, near the handle (This doesn't impact the house opening or closing, but I point it out.) The doorbell works, but the front door is missing - a very welcoming home, I guess! Please see all photos! Please note: I describe all items to the best of my ability and take lots of pictures so you can see all angles and condition of item, but I occasionally miss things.
