Vintage Chinese Hand-Carved Miniature Jade Musical Instrument Set

Description: Dad's Junk Closet Vintage Chinese Hand-Carved Miniature Jade Musical Instrument Set This set was purchased by a family member who travelled to China in the 1970s or 80s. Displayed in a curio cabinet I’ve admired it for many years. Unfortunately they’ve passed on and it’s now time to find the set a new home. The set contains 23 individual, hand-carved Chinese instruments made of jade or hard stone. Each comes with a wooden stand, and most string pieces include a bow or pick. In total, there are over 50 individual pieces in this set. A couple pieces have chips and many of the string instruments are missing the pegs that stuck out at the top of the instrument necks. Even with some flaws this is a unique, colorful, and beautiful set to display either on a shelf or inside a glassed cabinet. The detail of each piece is awesome and it highlights the skill of whomever was the craftsman. Payment Shipping --> Buyer will receive the item(s) pictured.
