Description: Offering a vintage Cambridge Elegant Glass #3500 Gadroon 5" Comport Compote with "Wildflower" etch. The Wildflower etch is seen most often on the 3400 line, but it was done on other lines (blanks) as well. The #3500 line or Gadroon has one of the prettiest stems made by Cambridge. Gadroon is the name that is used for the "piecrust" top that is used on the top of the comport. The Wildflower etch was used extensively in the 1940's & 1950's. The comport is about 5 3/4" in diameter and 5" tall. Excellent condition, no chips, cracks or repairs. Please see photographs as they are part of the description.
