This package is in nice condition, still folded in box don't appear to have been used. Cellophane is very torn. For that reason, selling much lower than usual. I usually sell these for 90.00.These Icicles (tinsel) are their original box. This is new old stock.Heavy Weight & Fireproof.Foil Icicles (tinsel) are heavier and stay where you put them, unlike plastic icicles. These icicles are getting harder and hare to find. Tinsel is a traditional Christmas Tree Decoration. It glitters and sparkles as it reflects color off nearby Christmas lights.For best results and a glittering effect hang the strands separately over the tree branches.
