It measures as follows when laying flat: approx. 20 1/2 inches armpit to armpit; Sleeves are approx. 23 inches; and approx. 20 inches shoulder to waist. It is a tailored cropped? blazer style collared jacket. It is a dark navy blue but with the flash it looked lighter. I included the ones without flash for color reference.
