Description: Vintage 1992 “I SWAM THE LOOP CHICAGO” T-Shirt. Size Large 100% cotton Made in U.S.A. This vintage white tee boasts surviving the Great Chicago Flood of 1992. On April 13, 1992, repair work on a bridge spanning the Chicago River resulted in damage to the wall of an abandoned utility tunnel beneath the river. An estimated 250 million gallons of water flooded basements, buildings, and the Chicago Pedway throughout the Loop. Front design is in great condition. There is one spot on front approx. 1/4” in diameter below design. Gray spots on back in various locations.
