Description: Vintage 1957/1958 Chevron "New Mexico" map by H.M. Gousha (Regular multi-fold map). 9" x 4" unfolds to 26.5" x 18". Colorful, as are all of the Chevron "scenic cover" maps - this one has a painting of "Taos Pueblo" on the front cover. It also presents a mystery which I have never previously seen; On the Legend Panel, the date is given as "Copyright 1957" but the map is coded as a 1958! Also the issuing company is given as "Standard Oil Company Of Texas." Check photos carefully - this map was very much used. Small tears at folds and cover discoloration.
