I had surgery on my right hand and can’t wear any of my previous rings I wore on my right hand. This is a beautiful round, multifaceted large Smokey Topaz Ring. I don’t remember the carats but I am comparing it to a dime. That should give you a great idea of the size. It is a 10k yellow gold band and there are scratches on the band. This is pre-owned not new. Please enlarge the photos, they are a HUGE part of the description. I won’t be lowering the price much , I’m in no hurry to sell it.
