Two Charles Blondin Framed Prints Signed and Numbered Paris Scenes

Description: About This Item: Up for sale is a pair of vintage limited edition prints of Paris scenes by Charles Blondin. Prints appear to be in very good to excellent condition though we have not removed them from the frame to examine more closely. Mats have a couple marks or light stains. Frames are wood painted flat black, measure 14 3/4 inches by 11 3/4 inches and are in good to very good condition, with a few small indentations, nicks and scratches (see last 2 photos). One print is a view of Notre Dame from the Seine. This framed and matted artwork is signed in pencil in the lower right and looks like it is numbered 118 / 1000, copyright by Le Prince Paris in upper left. Opening in mat for print measures approximately 12 1/2 inches by 8 1/4 inches. The other is a street scene or 'Rue de la Paris' as noted in the bottom left of the mat. This framed and matted artwork is signed in pencil in the lower right and looks like it is numbered 442 / 5000 though hard to read. Glass covering print has broken across the lower left corner. Opening in mat for print measures approximately 11 3/4 inches by 7 1/2 inches. Please review photos which are part of the item description, ask any questions and request additional photos as needed.
