The only size I have is small adult which fits from a girls size 12 to a ladies size 8. 6 layers- 5 layers are tulle and the 2nd layer is organdy to give opaqueness. Heavily ruffled, these are mounted onto comfortable 2" elastic bands and they stretch a great deal. Top skirt is 11 inches.
