The form size detached from the book is 5.25" x 8". PAPER- 2 part or 3 part carbonless paper. PAPER SEQUENCE - 2 part - White and canary. 3 part - White, canary and pink. INK COLOR - Full color. TYPE STYLES - Your choice of any of our Mainline type styles or submit your own. See Type Styles. NUMBERING - Numbering is available. BINDING - Individual sets or bound in books of 50 sets with a hard chipboard backing and a wrap-around cover. LOGOS - Use your logo at no additional charge. See Ordering Information.
