It is in good pre-owned condition. Diameter is 15" and the height from tips of the shade to the flat mounting plate is 5 1/4". The mounting hole has a diameter of 1 3/8". The mounting plate flat space is a good 3" diameter on the bottom side and 3 3/4" on the top side. The shade by itself weighs about 4 pounds.
