I would have rated it as very good if not for the previous owner name on the front end page. The dust jacket is in fair condition. The book shows signs of age or wear through light spine/cover edge/corner rub, slight corner push, spine upper/lower edge rub/push, page edge rub, scuffs, or scratches, page edge light soil/rub soil, a few edge nicks, and mild yellowing of pages. Hinges are not visible. All pages are intact. The dust jacket shows signs of age/wear through cover/spine edge/corner rubbing/scratches/chaffing/tears/chips/splits/creasing, light soiling/rub soil, light inside tanning, and fading/rub fade. All corners have splitting/chipping. Tears along most edges with the longest tear about 1 1/4". Tiny edge chips and tears throughout. Most of the wear is on and near the spine upper and lower edges/corners. Note about the seller – I am not selling books as much as I am sharing in a passion.
