Volumes 1 and 9 are the oldest and in the worst condition; and volume ones cover has been laminated with packing tape. Volumes 6, 7, and 8, are the newest and in the best condition. Volume one is by far in the worst condition of the set. It is missing pages 11 through 14, and several of the adjacent pages are torn. There is a lot of general discoloration from age, and the binding is loose. There is some minor writing, drawing, or scribbling on some of the pages throughout the series, But not to the point so as to distract from the story. Please see pictures for examples of the worst. Also, several of the volumes have the previous owners name written or labeled in the front.
