Brand new design by Extremeblaster comes the new Super Sport series exhaust XB08SS the ultimate mechanical tunable exhaust system out yet ( no fuel controller required). Pipe is available in Chrome or all black powder coat finish at the same cost, please message me if you want the black powder coat model or your pipe will arrive in the base chrome finish with black base as seen in the 5th photo (all chrome pipe in 1st photo available for special order). Chrome slip on shorty muffler with dual baffle system featuring a fixed internal baffle and 3" stainless steel tunable disk system fitting 2001-2004 Suzuki GSXR 1000 stock header pipe. Pipe also comes with a quiet core plug that can be installed and removed in seconds to make the exhaust extra stealthy and meet most any sound decibel testing around the globe. The Extremeblaster Super Sport also can be purchased with a slash cap and 6) additional 3" plates (see below) for a more sport look and further quiet the exhaust to achieve smooth running capability similar too stock exhaust. The extra plates can be added to return to full power mode (but will get louder). XB08 Extremeblaster bolts right on to stock header with a short stainless mid-pipe and includes a new larger then stock exhaust gasket connector and everything needed for installation. XB08 incorporates high efficiency disk technology producing a clean burning exhaust with greater low end torque, response and higher top end horsepower with the same or better fuel economy over the stock design. No additional fuel needed from a fuel controller to compensate for the shorter pipe This is a tuned exhaust system with a careful balance of low end torque and top end power delivery. Disk pipe delivers deep tone that is not excessively loud like most short aftermarket pipes. Incredible superbike tone not found on any other aftermarket pipe today. This powder coating type is designed for optimum performance in harsh environments specific to motorcycle exhaust and other high temperature applications in outdoor environment. It has superior heat and corrosion resistance and has been tested to automotive specifications and meets or exceeds standards of performance for exhaust and muffler coatings. Heat resistance in excess of 1100 degrees and continuous testing for 48 hours at 800 degrees show this coating to hold its color, gloss and physical integrity at this service temperature. It should be noted this motorcycle exhaust should not exceed 500 degrees.This coating exceeds specifications for salt spray resistance testing. No blistering or rusting from scribe after 120 hours continuous testing. Passed a full battery of corrosion performance tests for automotive applications.
