We may ask that the item be returned to us at no cost to you so that we can file a claim with the post office. If an error is found to be our fault, please contact us immediately so that we can get the problem fixed. We will pay to have the item shipped back to us and pay to have the correct item shipped to you. ALL REQUESTS FOR REPLACEMENT ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
