Description: These are new old stock units. The red/blue LEDs have been changed with new amber factory Osram LEDs. All have mounting brackets and full length wiring harnesses. The bars are meant to be used either in the front winshield or back deck. They have the flashback guard for windshield use. They have the built in flasher with multiple flash patterns including directional arrow board functions of arrow left, arrow right and arrow split for rear deck uses.
