It is in pre-owned, good condition. He's really fragile due to the way he was made and old age. I recommend using him for display rather than play. The part of the sword that goes in his hands was snapped and reglued back together as pictured. the sword is also not straight and is bent out of shape. His joints are loose, he's a little difficult to hold poses. He has paint flaws, markings and defects. Especially on his head and cape but other parts of his body too. Also the gold paint on his visor and his forhead is a little off / different than the color of the rest of his body. Some nicks on the side of the glow in the dark part of the sword.
