It is 10" across. It has a sweeping 5 1/2" rise. (The measurements do include the rise) The measurements are from end to end.Great kick up in the rear to keep you on your seat when you throttle!!! The bolts are not welded...we can weld the carriage bolts for 10.00 more.Just for your information:For those of you less familiar with sheet metal thickness scales.Since our pans are made from 10 gauge steel they are the thickest out there.10 gauge is .130"11 gauge is .115"You will also receive a FREE hinge kit for mounting your new seat pan!!This mounting hardware normally sells for 19.99 in my ebay store!
