It is in good/acceptable condition with some wear. The front label is clean with some wear. The cart shell has some wear, minor spots of grime, and minor yellowing (see photos). I have personally cleaned this game's contacts with isopropyl alcohol and played it for about 15 minutes on my modified SNES. It works perfectly, with no issues whatsoever.
