Soft sheer tulle mesh dotted with bling on flirty drop veil, huge pouf on top and trailing tails down back. Elastic band to secure. Perfect for weddings, races, church, cocktails, party, festival. Condition: Very good vintage condition, Slight wear inside band at front. I dont see any breaks in fine veiling. See photos.Size: Hat measures 8" x 6-1/2" laying flat.
