Description: Old diamond edge, Shapleigh Howe co. Hand bench grinder. Turns extremely hard takes a lot of force. Needs to be taken apart and cleaned up. I do not know anything about these grinders so I am not going attempt to take it apart and lose pieces. Again, it takes an extreme amount of force to get it to turn and only for a ways then you have to go back the other way. Look at pictures for details and ask any questions if needed .
