As a result there is evidence of floor contact on the bottoms as well as a touch of friction. Additionally, the edges of the front trim near the toe areas show some light friction. These totally insignificant details are only mentioned to illustrate the fact that these shoes are not 100% perfect. They are, however, at least 98-99% perfect in this seller's opinion. The predominate color of the uppers is true black. There is also some light to medium gray and a wavy mint green stripe on each. Original laces and padded insoles. Lightweight with a grip pattern on the bottoms to prevent slippage. On the labels behind the tongues there is a "W" right beside the U.S. size which, in shoe abbreviation language, denotes wide width. They are not overly wide as in extra wide but simply first-level wide. Perfect for the serious runner, casual jogger, walker, or someone just looking for comfortable and attractive everyday shoes!
