Description: This is a vintage cloche or bucket hat that is made of white loops that look like raffia straw with turquoise blue - aqua and green 3/16" wide braided ribbon woven throughout, a 1-3/4" wide turquoise grosgrain ribbon band and a 1-3/4" wide pin or brooch of gold color metal with clear and turquoise rhinestones. There is a label inside reading Sal Ballin. The hat is in very good condition with no damage or odors. I only noticed one small turquoise stone missing from the pin (pic #6 bottom right). It measures about 6-1/2" high including the 1-1/2" wide brim and has an inside circumference of 21-1/2". A great hat for a collection or to wear.
