Description: This week I am selling Roman Imperial coins. Most of these were identified by someone else before I bought them. Therefore I cannot guarantee that the description is correct, although I trust them quite a bit. I have included in the photos the labels that came with the coins. These have a few things that I have figured out:FULL LEGEND - This means that all of the lettering around the coin is on the coin and not over the edge. It does not mean that it is all readable. AE - The coin is an alloy of copper. It could be copper, brass, bronze or even billion which has a little silver.AE1, AE2, AE3, AE4, etc. This is an old system referring to the size of the coin. AE1 (over 25mm), AE2 (21-25mm), AE3 (17-21mm), AE4 (under 17mm) If there is an AE over 4, it means that they are referring to millimeters directly. AE23 = 23mmI am not a dealer. I am a collector working on reducing the size of my collection. These coins are some of those that are the best that I could find in my 50+ years of collecting. I am not an expert coin grader, but I do my best to accurately describe the coins.I have coins from many countries for sale. Look into my eBay Store, some are for auction, some are fixed price and some you can make an offer on.
