Description: Here is a rare vintage 1950s Material List from Homograph Planner Corporation. Homograph produced home plan catalogs and blueprints to help individuals and home builders plan the construction of a home. When you decided on a plan, they would sell you this material list, which provided a “take-off” on the blueprints so that you’d know exactly what materials to order. I haven’t seen other material lists, only the catalogs. Very interesting piece of home construction history here. The 6 page list is in good vintage condition with only some paper loss on the edge of the cover. This material list is for Home H-73.
