Rare Marx Armed Schooner "Sandpiper" 1960 ship model kit

Description: This is a rare vintage Marx authentic scale model kit of the Armed Schooner "Sandpiper". I am describing this as rare as there are three other of these ship models listed on ebay right now. They all have red hulls and a black stand. Mine is the only one with a black hull and a red stand! The other ones listed here on ebay show the same parts that mine has so I don't think anything is missing besides the instructions. I am concerned though as the box says it has over 60 parts but I am only counting about 30 parts in the sealed bags which seems to be the same as the other listings are showing. I am selling this as used. Even though the parts bags are sealed I cannot verify if it is complete without the instructions. I have researched this model and every other model I have seen has the black hull and black stand. The box shows some wear as senn.
