Description: This is an unusual and I think rare piece of Chicago World's Fair memorabilia. It is an 1893 Indian Head penny made into a vertical spiiner. The brass frame advertises the Englewood Young Men's Christian Association, which is a district of Chicago. It has an eye hole so it could be worn as a watch fob or as a pendant. It is 1 3/16" in diameter. Although this may or may not have been an official World's Fair piece, many Chicago businesses piggy backed on the Exhibition to increase sales and as advertising. It is part of a large advanced collection of the Chicago World's Fair from Downeast Maine that we will be listing.
