So that I can list as many items as possible and literally not spend endless hours searching items I'm clueless about and can't find, I will be listing items I can't find as "NASA HARDWARE". I have very little knowledge when it comes to these items and many of them can not be found on the internet. If you're a collector or NASA expert, you will know what they are or how to find out what they are. I have literally hundreds tags and paperwork that were seperated from items. Since I don’t know what they belong too by name or look, if you know what the item is called let me know and I will see if I have the missing tag or paperwork. If I misname an item or it’s purpose please understand I am going by something I saw similar to that item. If you let me know actual name and or purpose, I’m happy to change it. Combined Shipping: I will combine shipping when I can and if items can fit in one envelope, box etc..as long as its not too heavy, misshaped or could do damage to items. Please don't contact me with how to pack items. I ALWAYS pack ALL items with care no matter if $.10 or $10,000.00 and take extra steps and precautions to keep them from getting damaged by the post offices and carriers. If I am shipping a certain way and you prefer it to be shipped or packaged in another type of box, please let me know. IF I am able and have the materials (boxes) I will. I've had eBay add shipping to each item even when combining and have also had them charge for an envelope when all other items must go in a shipping box. US Shipping: I do NOT make ANY money on shipping, eBay adds all costs and taxes where applicable. I ship USPS Priority or USPS Flat Rate the majority of the time so items can be tracked. I'm still not sure about USPS Advantage Ground or Media Mail and happy to get suggestions or feedback about them. If the item can be shipped for less with another carrier, or packaging, I'm always happy to go that route and refund the difference. Check my feedback, I have done this several times. eBay Insurance: Because I don't know what Items can or will go for, I don't automatically add insurance. However, eBay over a certain amount will demand items be shipped with insurance. If eBay does NOT automatically ADD insurance to the shipping when the buyer checks out to pay, I will contact you with that amount. I am trying to find out if there is a way to have it automatically done. International Shipping. I do NOT make ANY money on shipping, eBay adds all costs and taxes where applicable. I ship USPS Priority International or USPS Flat Rate International the majority of the time so items can be tracked. USPS costs depend on what country you are from and do not include tariffs or taxes. I'm happy to ship International Parcel at the buyer's request if less expensive, however, if there is no way of tracking, the buyer must take full responsibility if the package is not delivered or there is any problem. I am not an expert & know very little about NASA & the Space Program. I do my best to give the best & accurate descriptions that I can and also take the best photos possible. I'm not a professional photographer so if there are glares or shadows please understand. My late husband was one of the largest collectors. Unfortunately, due to circumstances and the size of his collection, I will be selling the majority of it. Below is a general list of items. I have been burned now by two auction companies and decided to do this on my own. I have literally 8 pallets of boxes I recently picked up from Juliens Auctions after they sold some of the major items 4 years ago and then just sat on everything else telling me they would have another auction in spring, then summer then winter then spring. This was the second auction company to promise so much, lie and then do nothing. Unfortunately many items I had organized when sent to the auction company in Binders, File Folders, Banker Boxes etc. were not returned organized with some items thrown in boxes, not protected, thus damaging some nice items including a signed poster. Due to the amount of boxes and equipmentI, I will be listing in batches as I go through . Once I get a momentum going, I’m sure my listings will increase in volume. I DON’T KNOW WHAT I HAVE AND WHERE ITS LOCATED SO PLEASE DON’T ASK! To give an idea of my husbands collection My late husbands collected many items that have now been sold such as such as Neil Armstrongs Glove, Flown Check lists, Flown Hasselblad Camera’s, The Apollo 11 handles (all 3) that one auction company now has up for sale even though they were not able to sell them for me due to issues we were having with NASA. This just give you an idea of the kind of collector he was. He did collect many items that were not valuable or were more easy for the general public to purchase. He started collecting in the early 90’s when NASA was just discarding items and NASA employees and astronauts began selling at auctions. Some of the auction companies he bought from are still in business and some are no longer or have changed their names/owners. He also bought a huge collection from the Charles Bell Estate Auction. Signed Items: Some of the signed items I will be listing my husband acquired from either an auction, events where the astronauts attended and signed, or a service that the astronauts charged per item signed. I do have several Neil Armstrong signed photos/items however since I can’t find the folder with those COA’s yet, and I know they are highly prized and people are weary rightly so with all the forgeries, I won’t be listing them till I find the COA’s and if I can’t find them I will send them to be re-authenticated.
