Description: Nice vintage Primitive - Folk painting on stretched canvas of a Village in Winter which measures approximately 20” X 24”. Done in either acrylic or oil paint and painting is unframed. Signed lower left either Tanus or Janus. I would estimate this to be from the 1950s or 1960s. Painting in good vintage condition with some craquelure to top right sky area due to age.
